CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Commerce / BS Business Administration - Accounting Major / CPA Preferred
  • 6 - 8 years’ experience in Accounting or related field; the last 2 years as Supervisor/Manager
  • Preferably with some knowledge of government/public accounting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Accounting Services
    Adept at maintaining the Company's books of accounts and preparing financial reports for use by Management.
  2. Budget Management
    Able to integrate the plans and budgets of operating managers into a financial plan for use by Management.
  3. Performance Monitoring
    Able to measure actual performance vs. budgets and devising measures to address variances.
  4. Reportorial Service
    Able to generate reports to address reportorial requirements of Management, Board, Shareholders, and Government.
  5. Government Accounting
    Has broad knowledge and understanding of government accounting systems, procedures and practices.

 

FINANCIAL ANALYST

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate with a degree in Management Engineering or Mathematical Finance
  • Belongs to the top 25% of the graduating class
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Analytical, self-starter, good communication skills and has good interpersonal relations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analysis of financial statements
  • Preparation of financial projections
  • Review of financial performance by business lines
  • Project feasibility studies
  • Operating and capital expenditures budget reviews
  • Management reports preparation

 

DATA SCIENTIST

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  • No relevant working experience required, great opportunity for recent college graduate
  • Knowledge in using statistical software packages is an advantage
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recognize valuable data sources and systematize collection processes
  • Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
  • Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4 or 5-year course

As Management Trainee, the applicant is expected to become very well versed with all aspects of operations in a specific Business Unit. As Management Trainee, the applicant shall be groomed to be a future leader of the Company.

Comprehensive training shall be provided to all accepted applicants. Training course shall consist of exposure to the different aspects of operating a specific Business Unit, such as but not limited to:

  • Computer System Design, Development and Implementation
  • Business Analysis and Process Flows

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems and applications support)
  • Supports server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
  • Performs technology needs analysis
  • Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
  • Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.
  • Manages small to medium sized projects according to agreed upon budgets and schedules.
  • Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.

Education Requirement

  • Any combination of education and training equivalent to possession of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information engineering or related areas. Possession of a Network Administration Certificate is preferred.

Work Experience Requirement

  • Considerable (3 years) and current experience as an Administrator on a medium-sized network of servers, desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies.

Skill Requirement

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of setting up remote access for users.
  • Ability to administer a 250+ node network including firewalls.
  • Ability to support networked printers and photocopiers.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of current communication devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.
  • Orientation and training of new staff.
  • Ability to negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously.
  • Supervising, coaching, and mentoring of network services assistant position.
  • Facilitation and change management skills.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communications.

 

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engineering of SA-related solutions for various project and operational needs.
  • Maintain, install and rebuild existing servers traditionally or virtually. Configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
  • Provide configuration and technical support for Cisco switches and routers.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards.
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and off site as necessary.
  • Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
  • Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Repair and recover from hardware and software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure/add new services as necessary.
  • Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
  • Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
  • Systems Administration/System Engineer certifications

Work Experience Requirement

  • Four to six years system administration experience.

 

PROGRAMMER TRAINEE

  • Graduate Computer Science, Information Technology and other related course
  • Fast learner, strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Basic knowledge of Cobol and Javascript would be an advantage
  • Flexible, resourceful, motivated and highly adaptable
  • Has passion for programming
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Self starter and can work under minimal supervision

MEDICAL TRANSCIRPTIONIST

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Medicine, Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
  • Must have above average analytical and communication skills.
  • Training/certificate in Medical Transcription has advantage. 
  • Must be highly self-motivated and willing to work flexible hours.
  • Must be willing to work home-based and flexible hours.

BUSINESS ANALYST

Responsibilities

  • Involved in the analysis, planning and implementation of new or enhanced system in order to optimize business processes and improve systems usage.
  • Analyze business issues, recommend possible solution, and work with Business users and IT team for the actions needed to resolve the problems.
  • Work closely with the IT teams and Business teams to ensure successful implementation of the requirements and that it meets the business needs.

Skills

  • Excellent analysis, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure

Qualifications

  • Must have performed or familiar with information analysis, systems analysis and design, business process engineering.
