SVI provides redundant, toll-free dictation systems that are accessible 24x7. Other than handheld digital voice recorders, we also have the flexibility to accommodate virtually any dictation system such as Lanier, DVI, Dictaphone, etc.
E-Patient Records
SVI provides clients with 24x7 access to their information, easily and conveniently, including the capability to store and retrieve miscellaneous medical document types such as X Rays, lab reports, and nurse’s notes all packaged in a HIPAA compliant service.
With Medi-Type, you are able to attach or link image files to your transcripts. Thus, you will be able to include in your report actual MRIs, X-rays, ultrasound scans and CT scans.
Transparency Reports
To provide full company-to-client transparency, we have made transparency reporting a staple. Clients will be able to monitor performance and work status in real time. With SVI as partner, you will be able to do full dictation monitoring, work status monitoring, accuracy monitoring, billing monitoring, corrected files monitoring, and physician approval and sign-off monitoring.
