Gil V. Guanio
President and Chief Executive Officer, SVI Group

Before forming SVI in 1986, Mr. Guanio was President of Computer Information Systems, the information technology arm of Meralco. He founded CIS in 1974 and developed it to become the biggest IT service company in the Philippines by 1986. An IT pioneer, he was the first to pursue offshore software services in the seventies when it was not yet in vogue. He remains a director of the Philippine Software Association after a short stint as its President from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Guanio has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Honors Degree) and a Master of Science in Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin.

Gil D. Camacho
Chief Financial Officer, SVI Group

Mr. Camacho has more than 16 years of experience in the field of finance. He has extensive experience in investment management. Prior to joining SVI in 2002, Gil was the Investment Manager for Aidec Management Company in Singapore. He was responsible for sourcing, developing and executing direct investment transactions in the field of infrastructure. Before that, Gil was a consultant for Price Waterhouse LLC’s International Project Finance Group where he provided the entire range of project finance advisory services to Governments, private sponsors, financial institutions, and multilateral lending agencies. Gil earned his B.A. in Economics and B.S. in the Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University, and his MBA from University of Chicago.

Ramon L. Sicam
President, SVI America

Mr. Sicam has more than 20 years experience in IT. He is a recognized leader in the field of offshore outsourcing and is frequently invited to speak on the topic. Prior to joining SVI America in 1994 he was Vice President for Software Services at Software Ventures International. His expertise is in IT project management, application development and maintenance. Mr. Sicam obtained his BS in Math from the University of the Philippines and his M.S. in Information and Computer Sciences from the University of Hawaii as an East-West Center scholar.

Augusto "Steve" Legasto, Jr.
President, ISI-Computer Services Corporation

Dr. Legasto has been involved with government and the academe for over 25 years, serving various agencies and organizations. He was Secretary General of the Ninoy Aquino Movement International from 1980 to 1985. He served as president of the National Home Mortgage and Finance Corporation for two years. He was also president of the Citizens’ National Network against Poverty & Corruption until 2005. He is currently the president of SVI ISI Computer Services Inc. and a board member of GMM Habitat for Humanity. He taught graduate and undergraduate courses in prominent US educational institutions, namely: Rutgers University, Columbia University and City University of New York. He earned his AB in Mathematics from the Ateneo de Manila University, his MA in Operations Research from Yale University in Connecticut and his Ph.D. in Management Systems from Columbia University in New York. He also has certifications in System Dynamics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and in International Housing Finance Systems from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Domingo V. Guanio

President, SVI Information Services Corporation

Head, Business Services Group

Mr. Guanio has extensive experience in business process outsourcing, data center, network services, software development and maintenance. He has been involved in information technology for over 25 years. In July 2000, he was installed as head of SVI’s Business Services Group which provides a full range of BPO services for Fortune 500 clients and large government agencies. Prior to his vital participation in several of SVI’s major projects, he held various management and technical positions in the Bank of the Philippine Islands from 1981 to 1991. He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in BS Management Engineering.
